Our store is hosted on NameCheap. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Items may be returned or exchanged after 14 days of purchase, in exact condition and packaging. After 14 days, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. Items can only be exchanged for another product in stock or a store credit will be given towards a future purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Customized items can only be adjusted, but cannot be returned or exchanged. Adjustments and alterations can be done to them
SHIPPING
Shipping cost is based on delivery location locally and internationally. Additional shipping cost may be required for bulk orders.
For international customers, please note that the customer is responsible for custom charge, import duty, tax and any fees at the destination.

At Àrà Signatures, we ship Canadawide Via Canada Post and outside Canada via Canada Post or DHL Express. Be assured that we work with trusted courier companies and we do our best to ensure timely delivery.
Some of our products are produced after orders are placed which makes us process and ship orders between 3 – 5 or 5 – 7 working days depending on the workload at the period an order is placed. We inform a customer about the shipping timeline or if there will be any delay during order placement.
Production time has been included within the estimated delivery time which is calculated from when the order starts to process.
