24 HOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE WINDOW
Customer may exchange an item within 24 hours of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn ,unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original tags and packaging must still be intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or higher value
- If the item being exchanged is of higher value , the customer will be required to pay the price difference.
- Items purchased on sale ,clearance, or promotion are not eligible for exchange

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEM
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 24hours of receipt.
